After finding a lump in his “man-boob” and fearing certain death, Mark, a former comedian, hires the services of Bryan, a young, impressionable cameraman, to document important video lessons for Mark's unborn son. With the help of Bryan, Mark gives his own comical interpretation of what it truly means to be a man - like how to fight a bully, how to drink, and how to pick up women. When he almost loses everything important to him, Mark realizes that he is the one with the most to learn.
Prankster/provocateur/comedian Gavin McInnes co-wrote and stars in this gonzo journey through the do’s and don’ts of sex, drugs and fart jokes. Unabashedly rude and crude, HOW TO BE A MAN, mines for humor in the dark caverns of taboo subjects most people are afraid to laugh at. Director Chadd Harbold shrewdly gives McInnes free reign and infuses just enough heart into the rabble-rousing film to create an intoxicating spin on the coming-of-age film.
