    What do trees know that we don't? Thirteen-year-old inventor Aidan has discovered that trees use a mathematical formula to gather sunlight in crowded forests. Now he wonders why we don’t collect solar energy the same way.

    About the Director

    Maysles Films has been a leading force in nonfiction film since the 1960s. Albert Maysles, acknowledged by the New York Times in 2002 as the “dean” of documentary filmmaking, was one of the early creators of direct cinema along with his brother, David Maysles. Among their most famous films are Salesman, Gimme Shelter, and Grey Gardens.
