About the Director
Originally from Austin, Texas, Riley Stearns began his professional career in 2010 as writer on the short-lived live-action series Tower Prep on Cartoon Network. The next year, he wrote and directed the arthouse horror-film short Magnificat starring Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Stephen Tobolowsky, which was featured on several popular film sites, including Slashfilm, Director’s Notes, and Bloody Disgusting. In 2012, he wrote and directed the experimental short Casque, also starring Winstead. He is currently writing a feature-length screenplay.
