About the Director
Filmmaker Jason Willis was raised in Lawrence, Kansas, and attended art school in Columbus, Ohio. He is a lifelong fan of cult, ephemeral, and oddball genres across most artistic mediums. In addition to Catnip: Egress to Oblivion?, his recent work includes a stop-motion short for neo-soul band The Heavy, and the animated film The Cast of Eerie Publications perform the Johnson-Smith Novelty Company Horror Record. He currently resides in Tucson, Arizona.
