Kibwe Tavares grew up South London. He has always had an interest in animation and takes his inspiration from comics, manga, and sci-fi books. After receiving a master’s degree in engineering and a second master’s in architecture, he founded the film and animation studio Factory Fifteen with fellow graduates from the Bartlett School of Architecture.
