Mark is a struggling actor stuck between the life he once knew and the one waiting for him. When the mother of his two-year-old son suddenly passes away, Mark is forced to confront his shortcomings. Their fates, now intertwined, hang in the balance as Mark grapples with his ability to grow up. When he meets Lydia, a young mother, he is no longer able to live in the comfort of denial.
Kevin Iwashina - Preferred Content Mark Webber has appeared in more than 35 films as an actor, working with such notable directors as Woody Allen, Todd Solondz, Jim Jarmusch, Thomas Vinterberg, Lars Von Trier, and Edgar Wright. His first film as a director, Explicit Ills, won the Audience Award for narrative feature at SXSW in 2008. Webber is honored to be a part of this year’s Sundance Film Festival as the director of The End of Love and as an actor in both Save the Date and For a Good Time, Call . . . |
